Live!QC Tools Installation Prerequisites
Operating System
All installers must run with Admin rights Windows 10 or above (64-bit)
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.6.2 must be installed
Administrator Privileges
All installers must run with Admin rights. User must have access to installation and archive folders.
Firewall / Antivirus
Allow port "5432" through all firewalls and antivirus software
Internet Access (For Evaluation License)
- Required for installation and activation Required access to https://cloudlive.in/ for cloud DB. - User also requires internet access while working on the software
Previous Version
Uninstall older version (if any) of the software before installing latest version.
Archive Directory
- Required common folder (UNC path) with access (read/write) to all the users over network. - UNC path and credentials must be updated in Live!QC Tools Network Settings.
Display Settings
Set Scale and Layout to 100% in Windows display settings
Email Access for Activation
- Generate and send license request file to: activation@liveqctools.in - License response will be sent back to the same email Ensure system can send and receive emails
